For posts were staked in the field with an exercise on each side about 25 yards apart. Start at 1st post and perform 1 of the exercise, sprint the the next and perform 1 of the exercise same for the next 2 posts then look at the post on the back of the post and perform 10 of each exercise sprinting between each then so on and so forth like 11’s. Exercises were:
