Yesterday YHC decided to include the weinke in the preblast. Letting the pax know what they would be getting into before they came. YHC also knew that TheO was going to make a run at the ghost flag they were unable to capture at the Agony on Thursday. So I had little to lose, I wasn’t going to scare everyone off. As pax began rolling in I realized a few of them read the preblast (Surprise! People do read those things) and some of them had not (Surprise! Some people don’t read those things). Either way we started with 14 PAX ready to work and challenge themselves. It went something like this…

This was a ridiculously tough set. When looking at this on paper it seemed like the beginning and the end would be tough with burpees and Merkins. However, my legs were the area of my body that were the most smoked. The final 50 burpees were merlot inducing.
It was awesome to see the pax push all the way to the finish. I will say it forever that completing a set like this by yourself is much more difficult than with a group of fellow HIM.
Challenge yourself to do something hard (Cough GORUCK Tough 10/11 cough). When you struggle, your brothers will be right there to pick you up and get you moving again. I promise all of you have more in the tank than you realize!!!!!!
