Don’t be a sad clown and fart sack. Come out to the gloom, and realize how small the obstacles are that are keeping you from your dreams. We will go over the items that have made F3 great for myself and so many other men out there. Bring a friend, or come make some new ones. If you haven’t Q’d before, tomorrow is the perfect time to see how simple it is, and ask all the questions you want (like what language are you guys speaking?). We will be doing some Tabata, Dora, and a couple of my favorites time pending. Bring some gloves if you want, not required, we will be doing some coupon work. Hope to see you HIMs getting better in the gloom.
