BackBlast “The Ruiner” Digiorno Q #F3Counts

As I said in my PreBlast, one of the things I enjoy about F3 is “The Unknown”. Everytime we go to the gloom, we should be prepared to get after it, support our fellow PAX and push each other to the next level. Always wear gloves and shoes.

Conditions: Low 60’s, not very humid
Gear: Merrell (not so) waterproof trail running shoes, old school Clemson shorts, cut off sleeve Clemson shirt

Warmup and Thang 1:
Started our Mosey oround the track (long way), we stopped a few times for warmup and then I asked the PAX to call out an exercise for a 10-20 count each time we stopped. We stopped 4-5 times and ended at the field near coupons. Each PAX grabbed a coupon and we headed over to The Cage (tennis courts).

Thang 2:
We did this together and it was tough.

A few 10 counts were given then we started with…
Thang 3:
Each PAX called out an exercise and we did 30 each, alot of coupon work was called. These HIM were pushing the limits.
We had around 7 minutes left and ended with our old friend.

Thang 4:
Jack Webb 1:4, Merkin:Overhead Claps. We made it to 8:32 as time was called.

Coupons were put away then we made it back to the flag.
I will admit, I wanted this to be tough…it was for me. This last 2 days I have been so sore. I had a great time with everyone and it continued later that morning at the Golf event.
