PAX (14): Flea, Worm, Short Hose, PK, Airball, Eastwood, Rhythm, Johnny on the Pot, Greenwich, Kilo, Chappo, Hot Wheels, Jinxy, & SnowDay (Q).
Weather: 65, humid, and very gloomy.
I kicked things off with a quick disclaimer that I am not a professional. In fact, I am far from it. Followed this up with a quick warm up and stretch.
Thang 1:
We split into two groups. Group one would start on the asphalt down by the coupons. With the coupons, the group would do 10 each of the following:
- Squats
- Merkins
- Bicep Curls
- Shoulder Press
- Man Makers
Group two would start off at the playground and complete the following:
- Bear Crawl to the rope jungle gym.
- Reverse rows at the rope jungle gym.
- Bear Crawl to the stone seating/steps at the other end.
- 10 Box Jumps
Upon completion the groups would mosey down to the other station. Each station was completed 3 times.
Thang 2:
We then did three rounds of gasser sprints around the monument circle.
Thang 3:
We circled up for roughly 5 sets of core movements suggested by different HIMs in attendance.
COT: As the sun was making it’s way up, we circled up for announcements, intentions, and another thank you to the sky Q for getting us out of bed and into the gloom.
