Thang 1 – Bristol
Like the famous short track motor speedway in TN I used the long curb and arrows in front of the gym for our own short track.
10 laps sprinting the one side speed bump to speed bump and Bernie Sanders the other side.
Thang 2 – Hill of Stolen Souls
25 merkins and run up the back hill all the way to the edge of the parking lot for 5 burpees. Run back down and repeat 3 times. Base of the hill exercises were 25 merkins, 25 big boy situps and 25 Squats.
We did flutter kicks IC while waiting on the six.
Thang 3 – Trinity Hill
We moseyed over to the steep grass hill in front of the church. Same as before, 25 merkins, 25 big boys and 25 squats. This time we ran up the steep grass hill and to the front road and then down the hill and back around to the starting point. We stopped on the way for a 25 yard bear crawl. Three laps.
Thang 4 – Bristol part 2
5 laps, but this time we sprinted one side and lunge walked the other side.
20 Pickle pounders IC while waiting on the six.
10 count and then an all out sprint to the flag.
