BB 9.3.19– Blackops Peggy Baker Park Backflop VQ

Started with a mosey around the Peggy Baker loop

PAX did COP back at starting point under street light at entrance of the park, which included:

30 Side straddle hops, Kindra Newmans, Michael Phelps, Downward Dog full stretches, 15 Grass Grabers, 20 Toy Soldiers

Mosey to Peggy Baker concession stand area to start brutal circuit workout

· 5 cone stations were setup

· 10 reps per station

· The workout was done together

· After completion of exercise at each station, PAX mosey to the next station

· With the completion of each loop, PAX increase their reps of each exercise by 5

THE BREAKDOWN

· 1st station – lunges

· Mosey to station #2

· 2nd station – Merkins

· Mosey to station #3

· 3rd station – Burpees

o Bear crawl to station #4

· 4th station – Squats

o Sprint to station #5

· 5th station – Big boys

· Mosey back to station #1 to complete full loop

· PAX made it almost through 4 full loops ending on 25 squats @ station #4

· Mosey back to starting COP area to do some Mary

Mary included – 15 LBCs, 15 Gas pumps, 1 min hold plank
