I want to thank everyone for coming out this morning. I was feeling run down yesterday, so I wasn’t super excited about working out this morning. Luckily, I woke up this morning feeling better and I got the Q juice flowing. I always try to push myself with my workouts and this one definitely sucked.

Stretch calves (runner stretch, etc)
and we were off for a little run around the track to the school soccer field where I had setup cones for some corner fun. 4 cones, 2 at the corners of the soccer field and the other two at midfield. We ended up getting thru the 4 rounds and so we started from the top and got through 2 more rounds before heading back to the flag to circle up

We got back to the flag at 6:02am so no Mary. We did some Name O Rama and finished out with a prayer thanking God for getting us up and asking him to help us be the best men we can be today. Thanks again for coming out guys.
