9.18 Backblast – The Bridge

We hit the hills this morning at the Posh this morning. Meth Hill and our typical overpass hill. I want to try and get some training for The Rugged Red and the pax had no choice.

after we get the warmorama on we indian sprint to the Meth Hill! Partner up!

Dora P1 – 100 Shoulder Taps, 200 Plank Jacks, 300 Groiners

P2 – bernie, bear, sprint back to P1

After that we mosey the trail back to the overpass for 7’s

1 Burpee for 6 squats

Once finished we made are way back to the flag for 8 mins of mary.
