Black Ops Long Run Park 9/27/19

Weather – 60 degrees. Clear

PAX 5 – Huggies (QIC), Harbaugh, Gypsy, Skirmish (R), Mr. Hat

I wanted to do the IPC challenge because I hadn’t had a chance to do this week’s.  I appreciate Mr. Hat and the Long Run Park boys for stepping up.  It was a beast.

As you may know, the workout consisted of:

3 sets of a combination of two exercises adding up to 100 reps followed by a coupon carry of 200 yards…  We did this for 3 rounds…brutal to say the least

  1. Merkins plus Squats
  2. 100 yards down and back
  3.  Bonnie Blairs plus Kettle Bell Swings
  4. 100 yards down and back
  5.  Squat thrusters plus Walk lunges
  6. 100 yards down and back

Repeat for 3 rounds for total time it takes you.

The pax fought hard through this one.  I appreciate Gypsy, who already completed this one, cheering us on.

We all finished in under 45 minutes.
