Let’s face it, the natural tendency of essentially of most (if not all) living things is to take the path of least resistance, the easier way. I love about North Posh because the Site doesn’t give you this option. The terrain essentially forces you into a WO that is more difficult than usual. What made the WO I designed for the morning wasn’t the exercises or number of reps…it was that in between you had to run up & down a hill that’s at roughly a 45-degree angle & 60-70 yards long. There is no path of least resistance here…you look at this hill & you know upfront this path is going to be hard.
Coming off the IronPAXChallenge I’m reinvigorated with this concept which I know isn’t going to be for everyone, but I wanted it to be known by my PB what was in store.
Here’s what we did:
PAX
- Huggies
- Le Pew
- Cochran
- Nino (QIC)
I gave this disclaimer, we grabbed some coupons out of Huggies’ trunk (this was much closer than going to get the ones stored at North Posh), & we were off on mosey over to the top of The Wall for COP.

The Thang
I explained to the PAX this WO was 100% meant to be “You vs You” for 30 minutes encouraging them to push themselves & went through The Thang (exercises, number of reps, etc.). With that we got to work:
Round 1
- Top of the hill
- (20) Coupon Curls to Shoulder Press
- Run to the bottom
- Bottom of the hill
- (20) Groiners into Squat Jumps
- Run back up to the top of the hill
Round 2
- Top of the hill
- (20) Traveling Merkins over the Coupon
- Run to the bottom
- Bottom of the hill
- (20) Reverse Lunges into a High Knee
- Run back up to the top of the hill
Alternate back & forth between Round 1 & Round 2. After completing 5 Rounds (e.g. down & back up the hill 5 times) increase the number of reps of all exercises by +5. If anyone got through 10 Rounds this was to be done again.
The Wall absolutely takes it out of you & after 30 minutes it was time to get back to the Flag. The PAX helped me grab my lights, their coupons, & we got back to the Flag at 0614 where we circled up for CoT.

I took it to the SkyQ thanking him & asking for the strength/courage to be the men needed in our homes, work, & community now more than ever. I’m truly grateful to be apart of this group & I don’t think it’ll ever stop being a privilege to lead the men in it in whatever capacity.
Nino out.
