Pre Blast – Big Mo (Heavy) – 10/7/19

Things are going to get heavy at Big Mo this coming Monday. Still working on the Weinke, but I do know the tire, ropes, and sandbags will be there. If you are coming out and have a couple of 45 lb plates please bring them with you.
