Mosey to The O’s basketball courts and circled up for the following:

– 15 SSHs in 4 Count Cadence
– 10 Imperial Squat Walkers in 4 Count Cadence (I butchered this)
– 10 BOYOs
– 15 Flutter Kicks in 4 Count Cadence

Thang 1
Inspired by a recent Glen Ross’ Black Ops Q, I decided to focus my Q today on various versions of suicides at different places at The O.  First stop was the softball field near the basketball courts but when we arrived, we found a sign that threatened us with prosecution if we used the field during its “re-seeding” process, and so the attorney in me decided that we needed to move to the grassy area on the outside of the softball field fence.  After switching course, we arrived at the spot and did the following:

  • 10 merkins, run to first cone, 5 plank jacks, return to starting spot
  • 10 merkins, run to second cone, 10 plank jacks, return to starting spot
  • 10 merkins, run to third cone, 15 plank jacks, return to starting spot
  •  10 merkins, run to fourth cone, 20 plank jacks, return to starting point

We then did a Round 2 of the above other than we switched out plank jacks for mountain climbers.

Thang 2
We left the softball field area and moseyed to coupon field for the following:

  •  5 man makers, run to first cone with coupon, 5 coupon curls, return to starting spot
  • 5 man makers, run to second cone with coupon, 10 coupon curls, return to starting spot
  • 5 man makers, run to third cone with coupon, 15 coupon curls, return to starting spot
  • 5 man makers, run to fourth cone with coupon, 20 curls, return to starting point

Thang 3
We then moved to Cogan’s Cove, ran to the bottom of the hill, and did the following;

  • 10 squats, run uphill to first cone, 5 jump lunges (each jump was a 1/2), return to starting spot
  • 10 squats, run uphill to second cone, 10 jump lunges, return to starting spot
  • 10 squats, run uphill to third cone, 15 jump lunges, return to starting spot
  • 10 squats, run uphill to fourth cone, 20 jump lunges, return to starting point

Thang 4
For the last suicide for the day, we moved back to The O’s tennis courts for the following:

  • 10 big boys, bear crawl to first line, 5 LBCs, return to starting spot
  • 10 big boys, bear crawl to second line, 10 LBCs, return to starting spot
  • 10 big boys, bear crawl to third line, 15 LBCs, return to starting spot
  • 10 big boys, run to fourth line, 20 LBCs, return to starting point

We closed out with our numbers, names, announcements, prayer to the Sky Q and we were out.
