Partner up for 100 merkins, 200 lbcs, 300 air squats alternating while running from goal line to goal line.

Thang 2

Side leg shuffles through 25 pipe bollards at elementary school and burney Sanders back to start point.

Attempted pullups but icy conditions prevented us from continuing.

Alternating as required 50 dips and 50 perkins at benches behind school. Started out to 100 but modified down to 50.
