- PAX completed an exercise related to each letter in CHRISTMAS. Following the exercise for each letter, PAX ran the length of the CAL parking lot.
- C = Contra Burpees x 10 reps and run 1 length of parking lot
- H = Hydrualic Humpers x 90 seconds and run 2 lengths of parking lot
- R = Rockette Hillbillies x 30 reps and run 3 lengths of parking lot
- I = Iron Mikes across parking lot and run 4 lengths of parking lot
- S = Swimmer x 20 reps and run 5 lengths of parking lot
- T = Turkish Ge-ups x 20 reps and run 4 lengths of parking lot
- M = Mountain Climber and Step Up Combo x 40 reps and run 3 lengths of parking lot
- A = Alligator Merkins x 10 reps and run 2 lengths of parking lot
- S = Smurf Jacks x 12 reps and run back to flag
