The Loco opened up and needed a Q. Crock Pot put out an ask and I let is sit for a good minute or two before jumping on it and scooped it up. Couldn’t leave it alone for that long.

Gear:
Santa Onesie from Target.
Complete with Santa hat. Unfortunately, the largest size was an XL. And ‘ol Jolly barely fit. Luckily, no seams were harmed in this workout.
COP:
Announcements and disclaimers were made and we were off to the front lot for the COP which consisted of:
- SSH
- Finkle Kicks
- Downward Dog & Runner Stretches
- Skull Crushers for rounds 1, 3, 5 and 7
- Curls for rounds 2, 4, 6, and 8
Thang 2:
Mosey up to the front of the church on Mt. Mercy for Jolly’s interpretation of 12 Days of Christmas – basically we set off down the road and stopped at each light pole and got busy. We did merkins starting with 1 at the first pole and increased by 1 each pole until the end of the road which was 12. This covered 78 merkins.
Problem was, we had to go back. So, we rinsed and repeated except did squats, Bobby Hurleys, jump squats or whatever the PAX felt comfortable with on the lower body.
We then set off back to the coupons we left.
Thang 3:
More tabata. Bit Bird’s influence is deep with the PAX and one round wasn’t going to cut it (plus, I misjudged the time for Thang 2). We basically rinsed and repeated Thang 1 for five rounds.
Then, returned the coupons and set off for the flag.
Mary:
We had a few minutes for some Mary so we didn’t leave the core out.
Time was then called.
COT:
Countarama. Namearama. Announcements and Intentions.
It was a great day and great mumblechatter with the PAX all around. For those that don’t post at the Loco often, Crock Pot (Site Q) has a tradition of having the Q introduce themselves to the PAX at 0528 along with you headlocked you. It’s basically like doing “the six” in COT but doing it first for the Q. It’s a great addition and it pays respect to the PAX that gave you the Kool-Aid to get into the gloom. It was great to have all three folks who were involved in my headlock in the gloom for this – including PK, Fergie and Meter Maid.
Until next time. Always an honor to lead these men.
Jolly Rancher out.
