I started this morning by taking my 2nd dose of an antibiotic because I’ve been sick since last Tuesday, but I’d signed up to Q & I wasn’t about to miss it. I Qd the first WO this year at The Garden on 3.7.19 & I was going to Q the last WO this year at The Garden.
PAX
- Nice & Slow
- Huggies
- Milton
- Wapner
- Diablo
- Bubblewrap
- Sweet Tart
- OJ
- Nino (QIC)
I gave the disclaimer letting the PAX know I’ve received no training therefore I am no professional & everything I say to do is merely a suggestion. Per the majority of my Qs this WO was going to be “You vs You” so it’s up to each individual how much they get out of it, but the biggest thing was to listen to your body & know what you’re capable of…off on a mosey over to the base of the Hill of Stolen Soles for CoP.
CoP
- Kendra Newmans
- (10) Toy Soldiers IC
- (15) Grass Grabbers IC
- (15) SSH IC
Time for The Thang, which before I explained what it was the PAX counted off 1-4 for pairings to establish some separation.
The Thang – 4 Station Circuit

Station 1: Build-A-Bears
(1 PAX started on one end while the other started on the opposite end & they met in the middle, each going 5 parking spaces)
Station 2: (10) Merkin-Derkins
Station 3: (10) Man Makers
Station 4: (20) Box Jumps
Rinse & Repeat as many times as possible, I think all PAX got through the circuit 3 times which was at about 0610. To wrap things up we did a Native American Run up the Hill of Stolen Soles along the top parking lot & down the front hill to the flag for CoT.
CoT
To kick off CoT I grabbed some cups & a bottle of champagne for the PAX.
