We started with a quick disclaimer and some stretch and then it was off for a nice 1.25 mile run to Big Rock
Once there we did a bunch of stuff that i made up on the spot and it was hard..I dont quite remember but there was a Lt. Dan set in there.
Ran back 1.25 miles to the tennis courts for some mary which included a Captain America Jack Webb set.
Enjoyed the Q and coffeeteria. Next time this wont be so late
