CoQ’s are like Dynomite fart sacks. They are few and far between, but when one comes up, its a HUGE deal. Last week Huggies and I decided to team up for the Cliffs and bring a little variety to the Garden.
Today reminded me of another reason why F3Louisville is more than just a workout. An FNG came out this morning all on his own power. No EH, no HL, he heard about F3 through St. Pats Parrish and decided to give it a try. He was the 6, was gasping for air on the hill runs and generally struggling. WE HAVE ALL BEEN THERE! However we’ve all been there with someone picking us up and lifting up our spirits. It wasn’t just one pax member who picked up the 6. Several pax decided at different times to make sure Motorboat wasn’t left alone. I hope you come back brother, we will never leave you behind. We’ll never leave you where you started. You’ll continue to get better. Even 2 years later.
