Since my wrist is still on the mend, I advised the PAX via Preblast that this w/o would be run heavy. Digiorno showed up with coupons, kettlebells, and a face of disappointment when he learned how much running we had in store.
Conditions – brisk 26 degrees
PAX: Plumb Bob, Digiorno, Dauber, Fridge, Deuce, Wham, Pope, Glen Ross, PED, Buschhhh
Q – OJ
Mosey around the parking lot to the back end
10 Abe Vigotas IC
15 Grass Grabbers IC
20 Copperhead Squats IC
25 SSHs IC
Mosey to Mary Sue
Thang 1
20 Merkins at the top and run to the bottom
20 Big Boys and run to the top
Was going to run this only twice but Glen Ross said it was so easy running down the hill so I had to add a round to get us back up Mary S a third time.
Continuing with the run we moseyed up hole 5 all the way to hole 6 green for some Mary
20 Gas Pumps IC care of GR
Then we elbow planked for about a minute and a half.
Continued the run to the 8th tee.
If you don’t know the 8th hole at Crescent, while not long, it has to be the steepest hill in all of F3. Told the PAX to bear crawl as far up the hill as they could and sprint to the green if they couldn’t make it all the way.
Nobody got up to run. All PAX bear crawled the entire hole up the hill (approx 130 yds). Strong

Continuing with the run we headed to the Forcht Bank pavilion for some dips. (Plus also to return the benches from moving them over a month ago).
12 minutes to spare and I wanted to get a lap around the reservoir.
PAX split up and gave it an AYG around each side to meet in the middle.
If we had a site Q, he would’ve called me out seeing as it was 6:11 and we were still at the back of the reservoir.
Knowing that we were going to run over on time, I apologized and while running we did COR/NOR and announcements. Pretty sure this was an F3 first.
Back to the parking lot we circled up for a quick prayer.
PAX were all out by 6:18.
Good group today. We covered a lot of ground.
Thanks for Dauber on making the haul out to #40206

Hope to have a big group at the Ruck tonight!
