The “MAX” Thang
So it wouldn’t be a Backflop Q without lights. Go figure. Had each PAX count off.
How it worked – one of the PAX ran with an LED light around the playground loop, while all the other PAX maxed out each exercise. Once that HIM was finished with the loop (took about 90 seconds for each HIM to finish the loop), the next HIM would take the light and run a loop while the remainer of the PAX maxed out the next exercise… so on and so forth. This was intended to see how many reps each HIM could do in 90 seconds. Some of the exercises were OYO and some were counted out in cadence. Below is the list of exercises.

COT – we lifted up our intentions said and unsaid to the Sky Q. It’s a sobering reminder that life is short and we must keep each other close in prayer and friendship. We lean on each other and I couldn’t ask for a better group of HIMs to do this life “thang” with. I’m truly honored every time I get to be around you guys. As a final close, I asked the PAX to lift each other up in the new year, keep your family close, and as always – carry the light to people that need to see it.
One ask – We know there are other guys that need this F3 thing. Let’s get out and make an intentional effort to reach other potential HIMs so we can launch this thing into the stratosphere.
