Yes, it is going to be cold. Yes, it starts a little earlier than other WOs scheduled on Monday.
But, that means you can enjoy that much more coffee afterwards before you go to work. Or, a few extra minutes in the shower warming back up when we are done.
Whatever you do, just don’t let the cold beat you. Get out and do something in the gloom somewhere. I’ll be throwing haymakers over to the men of Long Run. If that sounds like fun, then come on out and join me.
