1917 Ruck 1-15-2020 Back blast and movie review.

It was a perfect fall like night in January.  We couldn’t have asked for better weather!  This was the first of hopefully many more movie nights.

17 Pax – Huggies (Q), Soggy Bottoms (FNG), Tool Time, Whitney (R), Flounder, Qbert (FNG 2.0), Wing Nut (2.0), Wiki, Fanny Pack (R), Gangplank, Domino, PK, Pork Chop, Usta, Pew Pew, Fertile Myrtle, Gringo

We started out at Veteran’s Park in J-town.  We took a team pic before departure.  Flounder led the way which was about 4.5 miles to the Xscape movie theater.

We counted off at about the half way point, making sure we had everybody. Lot’s of good mumble chatter along the way!

We did our COT in the parking lot of the theater and welcomed two FNG’s.

It is the opinion of YHC that the movie was excellent.  I give it 5/5 stars.  What it lacked in character development, it made up for in visuals, acting, suspense, and creativity.  It’s a classic that will be studied and copied for years to come.  Highly recommend.

See ya at the next ruck movie night!

Huggies out.
