
I was scrambling to get to LRP on time for my Q. The 5AM start had me rattled. I got there right in time, set out the lights and we began. Another great double digit showing at this AO.
PAX – Hot Wax, Captain Crunchberry, Jolly Rancher, Harbaugh, Flip Flop, Mr. Hat, Skirmish (R), Dauber, FNG (Chubbs, his name will change as we already had a Chubbs), Abacus, Backflop – Q
We did a 2 lap mosey around the playground.
COP – 20 SSH IC, 10 GG IC, 10 Toy Soldiers IC, runner stretches, quad stretches
The THANG:
We did a partnered coupon WO. Pretty simple actually, but very effective. I termed the WO “200’s.”
We partnered up, then the work began.
Each 2 person team shared in the responsibility of getting 200 reps of each exercise by combining the total number of reps. We did this on the basketball courts.
Partner 1 started with reps of the exercise while partner 2 ran the length of the basketball court and back to exchange positions with partner 1…so on and so forth until 200 combined reps of each exercise were completed.
The exercises –
200 reps – Merkins
200 reps – Squats w/ coupon
200 reps – Big Boys
200 reps – Shoulder presses w/ coupon
200 reps – bicep curls w/ coupon
200 reps – American Hammers
We had about 4 min left to get after it with some Mary.
We did 25 flutter kicks IC, 20 LBC’s IC, 45 sec plank hold till time was called.

We had one FNG, who is local volunteer firefighter with Jolly and CC along being a doctor as well.
COT – shared same message as I did at the NEST, let’s keep with our goals for 2020. Now is not the time to give up on set goals and aspirations. Shared with the PAX a verse from the Bible, Isiah 40: 39 which basically sums up that our hope in found in our Savior Jesus Christ. Keep up the good work men.
