This workout was in honor of Kobe Bean Bryant:

5:30 – gave disclaimer and we off to the basketball courts we went.

Thing 1: 8

Partner up – P1 ran a basketball court suicide.  P2 AMRAP Merkins until P1 completed the suicide.  Then Switched…We did this 8 times

Thing 2:  8

P1 ran a suicide and did 8 merkins at each stop on the court (free throw line, half court, opposite free throw line, & opposite baseline.  P2 held legs 6″ off ground until failure then switched LBC’s.  We each did this twice

Thing 3:  24

We each did 3-sets of 8 trips up and back on the court.  While P1 was running up and back 8 times P2 held plank until failure then did LBC’s

Thing 4:  All you got

As a group we sprinted up and back 2 times on the court.

We headed back to the tennis court for quick Mary.  We did some exercises 8 times and some 24 times.
