BackBlast – The Chopper 1/31/20

Friday morning’s weather was predicted to be wet so I wasn’t sure what the  turnout would be like.  In spite of forecast the rain did not come, but the PAX did.  Flounder, Nino, Worm, Stick-up, Sweet Tart, Huggies, Ripple, Meatball, Ladybird, Sticky and Maxi joined me for a coupon fueled escalator.  After a quick COP of SSH’s, Smurf Jacks, Imperial walkers, grass grabbers and stretching we moseyed over to the big lot and grabbed coupons for the escalator.

The Thang – 25 coupon curls followed by a sprint across the parking lot, 10 jump squats then sprint back.  Next set, 25 curls, 25 presses and two sprints with 10 jump squats each time.  Third set – 25 curls, 25 presses, 25 rows and 3 sprints / 10 jump squats each time.  4th set, 25 curls, 25 presses, 25 rows and 25 coupon merkins followed by 4 sprints / jump squats. Then went back down the escalator dropping a set / sprint each time and finished where we started with 25 curls and on sprint / jump squat set.

Coupons were stored and we moseyed back to the circle for my patented burpee, merkin plank Jack Webb.  Started at 1 / 4 and completed 10 / 40 right at 6:15.
