BB 2/4 – The Cliffs @ The Garden; Fructose Q

Perfect remedy for a Super Bowl party hangover. Mother nature did not disappoint but neither did 4 strong HIMS that brought their big ballz to the rugged, unexplored Camp St. Patrick.

Thang (1)/Warm Up – Indian run around lower parking lots with leading runner holding a 15# medicine ball.

Thang (2) – Pax sprints to retrieve coupons. Then runs about 400 yrs away to sheltered, lighted pavillion at Camp St. Patrick located beyond back parking lot. Coupon exercises 20 to 25 merkins/flip over to dips 20 to 25/bent over rows 20 to 25/10 standard curls, 10 reverse curls/10 shoulder raises/shrugs 20 to 25. Then led pax up the gravel path to Stations of the Cross trail. Bear crawl 20 yds up steep incline then run all the way around the Stations trail being assisted by overhead lights. Run back down to pavillion. Rinse and repeat 4 times. Alternated with flat surface sprint with intermittent bear crawl across bridge to gym. 20 count rest and return back to pavillion to finish coupon WO.

Thang (3) – returned coupons and mosey’d back to flag to perform some pax chosen mary exercises. Pickle pounders, lbcs, jlos (named for a trashy, narcissistic, pole dancer has been), elevators.
