I keep trying to do too much and my wrist keeps paying for it. So today was going to be another run heavy circuit.
We took off to the beautiful neighborhood of Cherokee Gardens. At Beals Branch we knocked out 20 Merkins. Headed over to Danes Hill Dr, and I called an AYG to the top. Love this hill!
We headed back and toured the neighborhood. We made probably 15 stops throughout, knocking out various exercises such as SSHs, Copperhead squats, lunges, flutters, and Merkins.
We ended back up at the bottom of Cogan’s Cove. Partnered up for some ACE & GARY’s and I called for three more AYG’s to the top of the hill. Technically the Q should not call more than 2 and I called 4 today. Woof!
Made it back to the flag at 6:14. Clocked in at just under a 5k. I enjoyed this route and I appreciate those that came out today.
