Pre-Blast. Vincent Q the HURT @ the Mutt 2/22/20

It has been quite a while since I have Q’d at the Mutt so I am looking forward to the opportunity.  It will be a chilly but sunny morning but not to worry, the heat will turn up quickly.  I am sure you all know the components of F3, but do you know the components of C4 ?  Hint,  I am not talking about the plastic explosive.  If you read this Pre-blast and want to message me your guess, everyone who gets it correct will win a prize….. of sorts.  Wear clothes, shoes and gloves and come ready to work!!  SYITG  Vincent.
