YHC is returning to the Gloom for the first time since returning from the GoRuck Heavy at Ft Bragg and is ditching the knee wrap like Lisa Turtle’s crutches while doing the Sprain. That’s right, the guy that named Bayside did so after a show he watched a little too often on Saturday mornings and remembers random episodes.
