So on Leap Day if a man turns down a marriage proposal from a woman tradition states you have to pay a penalty. I have no idea what that has to do with my workout tomorrow but thought I’d share. I’m sure there are some eligible bachelors at the Mutt so beware. Anyway tomorrow’s workout was going to be jumping for an hour but my knee is a little sore so that dumb idea will have to wait 4 years. But we will focus on getting our muscles ready for jumping and mix some upper body stuff in as well. Bring gloves for coupon work, looking forward to my first trip to the Mutt.
