I brought the lights to the Poshlands! I recycled a WO that I had done at The Abyss (LRP) this past Wednesday that seemed to go over really well with the PAX. The lights were setup in a circular pattern and we played musical coupons.
Weather – 40, cloudy
PAX – Ladybird (R), Crotchety, Jitterbug (R), Mr. Kotter, Stick Up, Tenderfoot, Backflop (Q)
COR – 20 SSH IC, 10 GG IC, 10 Toy Soldiers IC, Downward Dog/Running stretches, butterfly stretches, quad stretches
The THANG – lights were placed in a circle, coupons were placed inside the lights (one less coupon than the number of PAX). The PAX ran around the outside of the lights as the music played, and when the music stopped, the PAX were told to find a coupon. The HIM who didn’t find a coupon, had to do burpees until the other PAX completed the listed exercise. We ended up running a little over 2.5 miles during this WO. Listed exercises below:

COR, NOR, COT – I brought the same message to The Fog as I did at The Abyss. We will all face adversity in life. We have each other to lean on and our true peace is found in God.
