6/15/20 Back Blast Big Mo @ Vets

The temp was just right stepping out of the truck and wandering up to the monument at Vets for the start of our day. This was my first Q at Vets and I was feeling pretty good about the up coming WO. The PAX caught up on all the happenings from the day before and at 5:30am sharp began with COP.

COP: High Knees(IC) 25, Grass Grabbers (IC) 15, Toy Soldiers (IC) 15, Downward Dog, L/R Calf Stretch, L/R Runners stretch.

After COP the PAX moseyed down to the big parking lot using the trail and coming up along the ball fields. Once we reached the lot we lined up along the curb at the base of the lot to preform the following.

THANG 1: The set up was similar to a suicide drill. Run from the start to line one and back. Then to line two and back. Line three and back, Far end of parking lot and back, 4 lines in total. The difference was, at each line we did the stated reps and exercises, both on the way out and on the way back.

Line 1: 10 BOYOs
Line 2: 15 Lunges each leg
Line 3: 20 Hand Release Merkins
Line 4: 25 Mtn Climbers each leg
When returning to the starting line 20 SSH.

Once all HIMs completed this set we moseyed back up to the monument.

THANG 2:
20 Dips, bear crawl from the start of the walk way to the sidewalk on the outside of the circle and then mosey back to the wall for more dips. Rinse and repeat until it was time for MARY.

MARY:

15 Flutter Kicks
20 Jack in the boxes
15 Freddie Mercurys

Time was called and we circled back up for count-o-rama, name-o-rama, announcements, intentions, and Words of Thanks.
