  1. It will be cold.
  2. It will be difficult.
  3. It will be dark.

    Mother nature will bring the low visibility. Your Co-Qs, No Nuts and Motor Boat, will provide the high stress.

    And that’s why you should show up. Make the choice to do the hard thing, and get comfortable being uncomfortable.

    It is highly recommended to bring a ruck. If you can’t bring a ruck, bring a ruck plate. If you can’t do that, bring a coupon. If you have extra rucks and/or plates, bring them to share. If you have a headlamp, it’s a good idea to bring it.
