So it looks like @crob611 hacked the calendar and signed me up to Q at the BoW in the morning. I bet that he will :loosecommit:, if at all. My knee has been bothering me so we will likely do little running but will find other ways to get the heart rate elevated. Bring your gloves and some form of a weight and be ready to work.
