Back-Blast Monday 03-15-2021 – The Silo @ North Posh

This morning was all about Celebration Day and Super Samuel, so I’ll keep this back blast brief. Spend your time reading Jolly Rancher’s South Posh back blast. 
We had 7 strong at North Posh: Minnow, Bob Ross,Sweettart,Viking, Backflop, Wide Right, Dauber (Q)
Right after the disclaimer we dropped for 10 BOYOs and then a mosey down path past pavilion up to the parking lot for COP: 10 BOYOs, Grass Grabbers, Downward Dog, 10 BOYOs. We then started out at a decent pace heading toward South Posh to meet up with Jolly & Co. Good mumblechatter on the way as we talked about Super Samuel and Celebration day. We stopped just before the overpass for wall sits and leg raises before meeting the South Posh boys for Jolly’s Merkin Celebration. 
All that was left was the run back to North Posh (went the long way) ending just in time for COP – CoR, NoR, Announcements (monthly ruck is Friday), Intentions & a final prayer.
