STAR COURSE MONTHLY RUCK INCOMING!
As you begin your week and start planning which workouts you will attend, I wanted to put out a PROMO for the upcoming Monthly Ruck hosted by yours truly!
For those of you new to rucking, or who may not have been out in a while, this ruck is for you. The Star Course ruck isn’t about heavy weight, it’s not about the amount of PT, the main purpose is to build a foundation for rucking which is the primary exercise for special forces. It’s just you, your rucksack, your team and miles. Plus, I plan to have a few themes and EC opportunities to make it fun and exciting!
