The Bayside Boys have been getting after it on Saturday mornings here recently and I want in! I’m Qing in the AM. We will focus on the “Form” in Formidable. The heart rate may not be as high the entire time but we will find opportunities to make it worth the time for sure. Quality of reps will be stressed and quanitity will be diluted.
