Q #2 of 3 is in the books this week as we had a b b b b b bbbbeautiful morning at the Boondocks under the starry skies you just can’t see anywhere else in Louisville.
I am running on about 10% after fart sacking on travel most of June and trying to get back in the swing of things, it really helped have 6 other PAX and 1 spirited 2.0 there to help push me along.
After a warmup of SSH, grass grabbers, toy soldiers, DD and man makers, we hit the THANG.
THE THANG
First we moseyed around the loop around the basketball courts (1/3 mile)
Next lap, we alternated partner work
Partner 1: Rifle Carry
Partner 2: 20 merkins, run to catch up to partner
Rinse repeat around loop (1/3 mile)
Next we hit the basketball courts for a choose-your-own-adventure around the circle coupon work. Each pax picked a workout to do with their coupon, and we rotated to the left every minute.
Last we took a mosey to the freshly poured new parking lot, and on the way back we did an indian run with slow mosey + sprint to front of line.
Got back just in time for 90 seconds of BBSUs.

Really appreciated everyone showing up to workout this morning. As I stated earlier in the BB, I feel like I’m at 10% after a lot of travel in June and fart sacking on vacation. If not for the other PAX around the circle, I easily would have slept in this morning and missed a great morning with a great group of HIMS (& one future HIM 2.0). Beautiful morning and looking forward to the next one.
