Not sure how I got signed up for two Qs in one week but here we are. Watch out for PCI, he may just sign you up to Q without consent..also he keeps receipts so don’t try to get out of your Q.
I have new gloves so we will use coupons. It’s been really hot so feel free to bring a climate controlled coupon if that’s your thing. We will lift them some, move around a little and probably play some burpee(less) football.
Also if you can spare any time after the workout the school could use our help moving stuff around. Shouldn’t take too long and like LePew says more hands makes you giddy up or something like that.
