The deluge and thunder paused in order for us to get our workout off to a dry start. Heat lightening was our light to start the morning. The PAX moseyed this way and that before returning to the Startex for Warmorama.

THE THANG
The PAX partnered up and prepared for some team exercises. One partner travels while the other exercises. Flapjack until all the exercises are complete. Traveling includes crawlbearing to the rally point 40 meters ahead, then bear crawling back. The exercises include a total of:
100 Star Jumps
200 Iron Mikes (each leg is half)
300 American Hammers (each side is half)
Next up was Round 2. All the PAX did this round together, doing all their own total of exercises. Rally point is now only 20 meters ahead. Traveling exercises are now Obama’s on the way there — bear crawl and every 4 hand moves you stop and do 4 Merkins for the 44th president (Thanks Obama). Travel back with running. For this round the exercises include:
20 Jump Squats
40 Monkey Humpers
60 Flutter Kicks (4 Count)

YHC was the only of the PAX in attendance who did not donate 10% of their blood volume the day before. While these HIM were giving pints, the low attendance had me wondering if the rest of the PAX were taking in pints of another sort.
Jimmy Neutron correctly queried weather the playlist for today was the sound track from one of the top ten films of all time, Remember the Titans.
My quads are already totally cooked just a few hours after this workout.
