Workout 299 is in the books! The PAX were late arrivers but we made the most of it. It was a perfect morning to sweat it out. Air temp was in the upper 60s so the high humidity wasn’t unbearable.

quick mosey around the parking lot and then completed the following exercises:

After a good stretch we lined up on the goal line for the thang 1 (I named it “Stacking 20s”):
Rifle Carry coupon 20 yards
@ 20 yd line complete: 20 overhead press, 20 curls, 20 tricep extensions
Rifle carry coupon 20 yards
@ 40 yd line complete: 20 overhead press, 20 curls, 20 tricep extensions
continue on in 20 yd increments until you reach opposite goal line. (4 sets) At the goal line repeat the same exercises but drop the count from 20 to 10. Work your way back to the opposite goal line in 20 yard/10 rep increments (10 sets total)
The Thang 2:
Same as Thang 1 except the mode of transportation is murder bunnies. Exercises also change to: merkins/chest press/flutter kicks (20 each leg)
Because of time we were only able to complete one leg of Thang 2. It should also be noted that Slide Rule was in typical beast mode and completed the workout with an 80 pound ruck sack. Mad respect.
