5 years ago today I met The County pax for the first time. Months later when I was HL LePew he asked me if I was in better shape because of F3. I said, “not really, but I feel cooler”. I still feel that way. I’ve always worked out, but doing it with F3 is much better.

Message- Thankfulness. Sometimes we don’t circle back to thank the SKY Q for answers prayers. Also, I’m thankful for 5 yrs with F3. Each year my attendance has cut in half. My goal for this year was 50 posts, at least 1x week. Today was my 50th post of 2023. Guess I need to recalibrate!
