When you get the call to Q the next day, you can’t say no! Snaggletooth needed the help to get off the ground on a Monday and YHC was pleased to accept. The night prior, I took my family to Ernesto’s in LaGrange and practically saw all the Patriot Pax. Holy Roller, Craigslist, Mal Practice, Mannequin (HBD), Focker, and probably a few more I missed. After that I see Single Source heading to a nice Sunday grocery pickup. So since they all got to see my family, it was time to bust out my PATYY 2.0 workout as it has been awhile!
Woke up a little sore from the weekend’s Bourbon Chase, but ready to move today. Tunes were on, Pax got the memo to #NeverMissAMonday, 0530 hit, disclaimer was given, and we were ready to go!

Thang 2 – The Elaina Ladder
We headed to the parking lot to do a tradition Ladder. What’s a ladder? 5 different exercises where you add a exercise after each complete ion moving your way down the ladder. Complete 1 exercise, travel, come back complete exercise 1&2, travel, keep going.
Travel was around the sweet smells for the outdoor bathrooms at the park and Exercises were:
- 5 merkins
- 10 Bobby Hurley
- 15 Big Boys
- 20 Catalonia Dry Docks
- 25 Gas Pumpd

After a couple of 10 counts, changed out the Wienkie, and ready for Workout Number 3
Thang 3 – The Twins Dora
Partner work. Complete the total number of reps together. P1 travels while P2 works. When they get back, switch.
Travel was to the playground pull-up bar- do 5 pull ups- turn around and come back. Exercises were:
Abby – Arms
- 50 Skull Crushers
- 100 Lawnmower starts
- 150 Curls
Lila – Legs
- 50 squats
- 100 Lunges (Count the right leg only)
- 150 Jump Ropes (SC)

More 10 counts were requested and then we moved the coupons for the last Thang
Thang 4 – Nora’s Last one, Best one.
Heartbreak Hill Gassers – Start at the top and turn around at each stop sign. We made it to Dough Baby and then we finished.
