Tuesday Morning nearly 50 degrees welcome to the Loco. 12 pax gathered at the hoop to warm up. Shirt of the day goes to BW for a BA pink fight F3 tee. After some side straddle hops, grass grabbers and downward dog we did a lap around the lot to the tall oak tree island. There the pax found 3 numbered boards. Each 1 had a Dora on the back. 6 partnerships were formed and Brownwater picked door #3 100 Merkins, 200 Squats and 300 Calf Raises. This one went by pretty quick and the calves were giving a nice burn. PCI being site Q picked next and took door #1 which was the toughest. 100 SSH in cadence, 200 LBCs in cadence and 300 Bobby Hurleys. This brought us to 5 mins so we did a bit of Mary and Stretching and that brought us to time. I gave a teaser to part 2 and 3, marketing 101 as I have 2 county workouts left this week.
