Day three of leading the county on this beautiful morning, certainly lucked out this week with no morning rain. Making the journey this week with me was PCI who joined for all three days. Thanks brother appreciate you. Seven of us started at 5:30 despite my gaff in my pre-blast yesterday, we were on time and did a quick mosey to the upper parking lot of the school with my Co- Q Wildflower and did some warm-ups. To make sure that we got in every part of the campus this week we finished out with the Mount Mercy mile light poles going down, we alternated between Merkins and flutter kicks and on the way back, we did squats, and Bonnie Blair’s. at this point, we hit the upper lot for some Dora. Wildflower finished things off with some Burpees and back to the flag at 6:15. Announcements and Prayers. Was a great week thanks for allowing me to lead.
