This chilly morning, we ventured into the cosmos for an unforgettable workout at the Planetarium at the Boondocks. The stars aligned bringing together a stellar group of HIMs.

Warm-up: We kicked off with SSH, Toy Soldiers, and other good stuff, followed by a short mosey.
Main Event: The first leg of the workout featured partner work. Running while your partner AMRAPS coupon exercises. Followed by various types of sprints on the basketball court. We ended with partner Mary. Quick and simple though I struggled to make things understandable for Pelican.
COT: Finally we gathered in the circle to share our intentions, fostering the bonds of brotherhood. We lifted our intentions to the heavens, supporting one another in our personal journeys.
