Pretty chilly to start the day but crisp and clear.
There are quite a few challenge going on at the end of the year with 12 days, Turkey to Tinsel, 50 Ruck etc. Along with those that prefer a Heavy over Run, I put something together (based loosely on Brown Waters bday Q) that could meet the needs of the pax.

Closing message: A lot of us have been pressing pretty hard on the above mentioned challenges, let’s not forget to press hard at home now leading into Christmas, especially as it pertains to taking some load off the M.
