Awesome morning at The Patriot with Single Source (R), Yankovic (R), Auto zone (R), Holy Roller (R), DeVitto, Kingsman, White bread, Pelican, Honeycomb, Meter Maid, Hush Puppy, Dauber (Q). It was a great mash of County and Patriot…Young and younger…some dressed in holiday garb like the pre-blast requested (me) and some who disregarded that completely (other 11 PAX).
The effort was high from start to finish…from SSH to Manatees…from mosey to wall sit…from stop sign to speeding car…from 11s to 11s.
Listening and following directions, however, was not as strong. While I appreciated all the questions, the math was not that hard. And while impressive that DeVitto and Hush Puppy led from the front on our return to the flags, it was a bit less impressive that they missed all instructions. The Patriot crew was much more locked in and seemed unfazed by the dozen or so cars speeding around us.
The County backed into stealing the ghost flag and after 40 minutes of discussion and 17 experiments, we finally determined that the shovel from which the ghost flag was pulled was, in fact, the shovel to which it belongs. Both flag and shovel will be at The County next week for The Patriot to steal back.
