We ran a bit, we drank a bit, we talked a lot and we ran or drove back. Seems like the perfect F3 workout. It was close but it wasn’t. Those who were there know why. This is the 4th time we have done this “workout” and I think every year it gets better. Some of the guys there today have been to every one of them. Others, it was their first—including Snowden who had no clue what he was getting himself into today. I’d like to thank this entire group of men for being awesome and pushing me and each other to be better. Enjoy the rest of 2023 and let’s see what we can accomplish in 2024 together.
